We are moving to our new offices in 12-13 Lansdowne Terrace in Gosforth where the successful candidate will be able to service our existing clients and expand our services to meet the rising demand for quality personal legal services.

Can I still move house?

“Yes – the housing market will remain open throughout this period. Everyone should continue to play their part in reducing the spread of the virus by following the current guidance.
• Renters and homeowners will be able to move
• Removal firms and estate agents can operate
• Construction sites can and should continue
• Tradespeople will be able to enter homes

But all must follow the Covid safety guidance”

Wills witnessed over Zoom and Skype are to be legalised, as the government ushers in a major overhaul of probate legislation in the wake of Covid-19. New rules will allow testators' signatures to be witnessed using video conferencing software, such as Zoom, Facetime and Skype. Once a will has been signed by the testator it can be posted to witnesses, who sign it themselves during live action web conferences. However, the government has said the use of video technology should remain a last resort.
