Dominica Citizenship by Investment
Program Update!

As per the memorandum released by the Ministry of Finance on the 12th of July 2023, the following new measures will be introduced:

1. Effective the 17th of July 2023, all applicants to the Dominica Citizenship program who are above the age of 16 will need to attend a mandatory interview as part of the Due Diligence screening process. The fees for the interview will be announced shortly.
2. Enhanced Due Diligence will be conducted for all applicants who are either Citizens of or domiciled in the Islamic Republic of Iran, effective the 17th of July 2023. The following fees will be applicable for such individuals:

*Main Applicant: US$ 25,000
*Spouse : US$ 15,000
*Dependent (16 years and older) : US$15,000
*Dependent (5-12 years) : US$ 10,000

We will share updates going forward as we get more clarity on the nature of the interview and details on how it will be conducted and what applicants can expect at the interview as soon as we have further clarity from the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

An exciting update from the Canadian prime minister's office: A number of new countries have gained visa free access to Canada under certain conditions!
As of the 6th of June 2023, certain passport holders of Antigua, Saint Kitts and Saint Lucia can enter Canada on an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorisation).
Application for an eTA to Canada is done online, and approvals are issued in a few hours time, and valid for multiple entries for a period of 5 years.
Travelers who have either held a Canadian visa in the last 10 years or who currently hold a valid United States non-immigrant visa can now apply for an eTA instead of a visa when travelling to Canada by air.

The Dominica citizenship by investment program provides visa free on arrival to 143 countries across the world, including the United Kingdom and other commonwealth member states.

There are no restrictions on dual citizenship.

As mentioned above, as a member of the commonwealth, citizens of Dominica are entitled to certain privileges in the United Kingdom and other member states.

The citizenship is generally processed in 3-6 months, and there is no minimum stay requirement.
