This was a tough 2 weeks. Client wanted to remove all the old decking from the back and front of the terrace of studio at the back of the garden. 6 tons of soil removed, 5 tons of concrete required. Rotten post bases replaced and reinforced. Concrete slab sloped away from the studio and patio slabs laid at the front to match the ones in front of the studio.

Another bathroom floor renovation done. Client very pleased. New vanity, sink and tap also installed.

More external house renovation; replace old wattle and plaster soffit with new plywood and paint. Paint front of house, wall and porch. Rear wall paint. Repair rotten woodwork on rear extention. Rub down and paint white woodwork. Rub down and paint patio doors with new olive paint.

From nothing to beds and plants in less than 2 days. Lovely weather for it too. Good old London Clay, needs some serious sifting and smashing to get the heavy chunks broken down but nutrient rich and full of worms. Very satisfying job this one. Lovely client too.
Also thanks to garden on a roll uk for making life a lot easier.
