When I first transitioned into consulting with Setfords everyone talked about the great income and the freedom to design my own workday. And yes, those things are incredible—the ability to start and finish work when it suits me is a game-changer.

But the most unexpected, and most valuable, return on this career choice has been something intangible: a profound new found confidence.

Building my own business has meant stepping outside my comfort zone, owning my expertise, and trusting my decisions. That growth didn't stay confined to the home office or the client call; it spilled over into my personal life.

This is a real 'pinch me moment'—to have more than just the freedom to be my own boss, but the opportunity to feel truly empowered.

I recently took the leap and started playing women's recreational football ⚽. It's exhilarating, humbling, and a brilliant way to connect with people. I've made so many new friends from all walks of life, I'm so grateful for each of my team mates !

Even more exciting? My consulting business was able to become a sponsor for this amazing team! I was incredibly grateful to partner with another brilliant female business owner , Becky owner of Bellas Dog Grooming and Pet Foods to support this group of women.

Hitting a major milestone! 🎉

I'm incredibly proud to announce that I've officially reached 100 instructions since opening my consultancy business with Setfords back in April 2025.

Reaching this milestone in less than five months is a testament to the hard work and dedication that has gone into every single file.

I'm so grateful for the trust clients and other industry professionals have placed in me and my brand and for the opportunity to deliver outstanding results.

A special thank you to the entire Setfords team and the wellbeing team for the wonderful gift of a trio of wines from . I'll be sure to enjoy them and raise a glass to everyone who has supported me so far !

What a month! I'm so excited to announce that I've had a record-breaking month for completions.

It's truly a privilege to play a part in such a significant moment in people's lives.
