This was an all-too-familiar message seen by our founders, Nihaal, a law graduate, and Simran, an economics graduate. Rejection after rejection, having achieved the required credentials, they did not know what mistakes they were making in their job applications and so did not know what they needed to correct in the next one.

They turned to their university careers advisers for guidance, but the advice was often too generic for that required to succeed in their competitive industries. Their peers were in the same boat and only the lucky ones had contacts within their industry whom they could reach out to for advice. It was a noticeably fragmented and uneven playing field.
