This week, we would like to introduce the Head of Litigation. She has been with the firm for 6 years. She trained at a London firm and is qualified as a solicitor.

Before joining Surjj Legal, Sheetal gained experience in debt recovery, contractual disputes and civil and commercial litigation, the latter in areas such as defamation and misrepresentation.

Since joining Surjj Legal, Sheetal has used her direct style to deliver results for clients within all areas of litigation. Before joining Surjj Legal, Akash gained valuable experience through a placement at a North London law firm and worked at a legal advice clinic.

Additionally, Akash developed strong skills in client service during two years of retail work while completing his Legal Practice Course. This diverse background has equipped Akash with a well-rounded understanding of both legal and client-facing aspects.

Since joining Surjj Legal as a Paralegal, Akash has assisted with all areas of Litigation. He became a Trainee Solicitor in September 2025.
