Please call 0845 083 3000 and speak to my clerk at Clerksroom Direct who will arrange for a meeting with me by telephone, video, in person or Skype. I can discuss the case with you and then provide an estimate of the fee or confirm I will work to your budget, then provide a timescale for completion of the agreed work. Once agreed between us, I or my clerk will issue a client care letter setting out the fees, timescale and terms on which the service is offered. Once accepted by you, pre-payment is requested using Clerksroom Direct secure online payment portal. As soon as I have agreed the terms with you and payment has been made, I will undertake the work requested.
