Media Monitoring Service

In today's media environment we are dealing with multiple forms of media that for some types as recent as 10 years ago did not exist. We are dealing with 24 hour news stations, social media outlets, internet and print. These are all forms of communication and networks that are trying to be the first to broadcast their story accurately or, as we have often witnessed, inaccurately.

Eaton Partnership has recognized the need to find a facility to monitor the media and provide feedback to the client so that rumors can be dealt with quickly and alternative communications strategies can be invoked.

As part of Eaton Partnership, we provide media monitoring via an international network of communications specialists. We scan the local, national and international press for comments on your company's crisis so that we can provide timely and appropriate advice for future press releases or social media responses.
