From the 26th October 2024 all employers have a positive duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Your business needs to be consistent and put proactive measures in place.

We are holding training events to take managers and HR teams through measures to prevent sexual harassment. As part of the training you will receive policies, risk assessments and a flowchart.
