✨ Turning a plain panel into something with a bit more character…

Made up a custom jig to rout these tapered flutes for an upcoming vanity unit build.
Using a 22mm core box bit and an angled bed to create that subtle fan effect through the panel 👌

The goal was to keep the detail bold but still soft and clean once painted in Farrow & Ball Green Smoke with a solid timber top.

It’s always the small details and workshop experimenting that end up making a piece feel completely bespoke.
