a) Poderes por Escritura Pública (Poderes Amplios y Generales y/o Poderes Especiales)
b) Poderes Fuera de Registro: para trámites administrativos de cierta importancia como
obtención de Certificados de Antecedentes Judiciales, matrimonios, etc., a fin de ser utilizados ante instituciones oficiales como AFP, municipalidades, bancos, centros de estudio y otros. c) Cartas Poderes Simples, trámites de representación simple, de menor importancia. d) Legalización de firmas en documentos personales: declaración jurada, etc. e) Obtención de Certificados de Antecedentes Policiales; y/o Penales: información sobre procedimientos y requisitos a seguir. f) Consultas en general respecto a trámites legales. Information and drafts regarding Powers of Attorney (PoA):
a) PoA as Public Deeds: General and/or Special PoA’s in relation to matters such as buying/selling properties and/or motor vehicles; divorces; resignation to Peruvian nationality; and any other type of PoA. b) Unregistered PoA: for any type of administrative procedures of certain importance such as requesting Certificates of Judicial Records issued by the Courts; to initiate procedures before the Council for marriage purposes, etc., to be presented to the proper authorities/institutions. c) PoA by Simple Letters: documents giving your attorney powers to act on your behalf, these are used for simple matters like collecting documents from an institution, banks etc. d) Legalization of Signatures: for private documents like Affidavits etc. e) To obtain Police and Criminal Records Certificates: information regarding requirements and procedures to follow. f) General Advice regarding legal procedures.
