This customer wanted their rear garden refreshed and made safe for children where the garden backs onto a brook.

✔ Cut back all overgrown foliage and brambles
✔ New 3ft safety fence installed along the rear boundary
✔ Broken concrete fence post replaced
✔ Garden edging installed
✔ Area finished with decorative stone

What a transformation!

This customers daughter was living in a mess from previous traders not finishing their work. Loose floorboards, holes in the walls, wardrobe doors damaged.

The customer contacted me and asked if I could fully overhaul the room as a birthday surprise, but needed to be done before her birthday.

Work completed:

➙ Re-routed cat6 ethernet cable to other side of the room
➙ Spurred from existing socket to create a new socket for new TV
➙ Moved existing wall TV bracket from one wall to the opposite
➙ Fixed down all loose floorboards
➙ Laid plywood over existing floorboards to create a level surface for cushioned flooring
➙ Filled cable chases in wall
➙ Patched existing holes in the wall created by previous tradesmen
➙ Laid cushioned flooring
➙ Added accoustic panelling to the wall
➙ Fitted 2 x bedside lamps to the wall
➙ Constructed all IKEA furniture
➙ Wall hung 2 x IKEA shelving racks and 1 x shelf over TV
➙ D line trunking to under TV to hide cables
➙ Created panelled wardrobe doors with the existing doors to make them look more premium and less damaged
➙ Full paint decoration

Customer was kind enough to send me some pictures of the room fully furnished ready for the big day! I hope she loved it!
