Cottage garden project where customer wanted the external space to compliment the age and style of the cottage and out building.

Artificial grass, sand and stone removed and disposed of, new beds installed and defined with natural stone setts. New topsoil brought in and spread.

Trees and roses planted to soften the new trellis work.

Random shaped stepping stones installed to the outbuilding where new natural turf will be laid on new topsoil.

New gate installed.

Outbuilding works completed with new fire resistant plywood cut and fitted and filled, primed and painted.

Walls inside and outside pointed up where joints had failed and treated with a breathable sealant.

Client very happy with the work and have moved in already!

A bespoke Living roof shed supplied and fitted also with a guttering system.

Part of a larger project, customer wanted an 8x8 shed with a Sedum living roof.

We purchased a standard 8x8 shed then fitted a reinforced roof with aluminium edging and membrane to fit the sedum cassettes to.

Looks great!

Outbuilding project - customer wants to make existing outbuilding more usable as a home office.
We have started with pointing gaps in external and internal brick work and then sealing with a breathable sealant to prevent water ingress through weathered bricks and joints

Insulation cut and fitted in between joists and fire resistant plyboard cut and fitted with stainless steel screws then will be filled and sanded to be able to paint.

Good start to the job, customer happy with progress so far.

3 no Bathroom floors completed with LVT click marble effect tile for one of our estate agent customers in a HMO in Nottingham.

Removed the old Lino floor covering installed new click LVT cutting around existing shower, bath and toilets and sealing with water resistant sealant.

Do you have New build property with minimal paving?

We completed a paved area for a small family that had recently moved into their new home which had a limited patio space.

We removed the gravel and laid matching slabs to give them a larger patio so they could have a table and chairs set out.

New patio project completed in 600x600mm concrete riven slabs.

Drain was also leaking into old patio as surround/splash back was no tall enough to catch water and concrete had holes in it, so we have remedied this.

Old concrete path broken out of lawn and disposed of and topsoil from dig out graded into area.

Repeat customer asked us to complete another area of their garden where they want a new shed with a green roof installing.

Old boundary shrubs and trellis and block retainer removed and new concrete gravel boards, posts and fence panels installed to retain new shed base.

Soil and gravel dug out and disposed from site and old concrete slabs reused and laid as part of the new base with new slabs supplied and laid to finish the area off.

We completed a complimentary mow of the grass we laid early this year which has taken really well.

Customer very happy so far.

Just waiting for shed to be delivered!
