This was certainly the case with . I had such a lovely time this morning chatting with Sonia about life, parenting, business and everything in between.

It's always refreshing to meet someone who is so genuine, supportive and passionate about what they do.

New Podcast Episode: Menopause, Long-Term Relationships & Grey Divorce
What happens when a relationship ends after 20, 30 or even 40 years together?
In our latest episode of : Support Before, During and After, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sarah Barr-Young, Head of Financial Remedies at Jones Myers Family Law, about the growing phenomenon of grey divorce and the life changes that can accompany separation later in life.
We explore the impact menopause can have on relationships, changing identities within a couple, the challenges of starting again later in life, and the financial considerations that often arise after long marriages.
Sarah also shares the lessons she has learnt from the many men and women she has supported through these transitions, and what they can teach us about resilience, adaptation and personal growth.
This is an honest, thoughtful and compassionate conversation about a topic that deserves far more attention.
