- Welcome clients and visitors to our office, providing a professional and personal welcome, and a seamless service
- General administrative tasks
- Assist with booking travel and accommodation
- Assist with organising client events and seminars and getting involved in local marketing initiatives
- Provide back-up to the Lerwick reception team when required

The Housing (Scotland) Bill has now passed, becoming the Housing (Scotland) Act 2025. As anticipated, the Act enhances rights for tenants and places additional burdens on landlords.

While many of these changes will not be implemented immediately, it’s important for landlords to be aware of how they will be impacted.
