The start of a new year is often a moment for reflection — and a good opportunity to make sure the people and assets you care about are properly protected.
Many people delay estate planning, assuming it’s something to deal with “later”. In reality, having a valid will, lasting powers of attorney, and the right ownership structures in place can bring clarity, control and peace of mind for the future.
