Job Opportunity | We are hiring "Legal Assistant/Case Worker"
Thames Legal Advisors is a London-based law firm committed to provide exceptional legal services to overseas Pakistanis navigating legal matters in Pakistan. Our practice focuses on civil law, property disputes, family law, and banking law, ensuring that our clients receive expert guidance and representation.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant with a deep understanding of Pakistan’s legal system and procedures to support our expanding practice.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in drafting legal documents and managing case files, ensuring full compliance with court directives.
✅ Conduct legal research and collaborate closely with legal professionals in Pakistan.
✅ Oversee case schedules, maintain accurate records, and handle client communications.
✅ Liaise with legal professionals working with us in Pakistan and provide regular updates to clients.
✅ Ensure all case-related information is up to date and well-documented.
Requirements:
📌 Minimum 3 years of experience in Pakistan’s legal system.
📌 Expertise in civil law, property law, family law, and banking law in Pakistan.
📌 Extensive experience overseeing cases from initiation to successful completion.
📌 Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
📌 Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
📌 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
📌 Having the right to work in the UK is mandatory.
Qualifications:
🎓 Law graduate, preferably from Pakistan.
🎓 A UK law degree is desirable but not essential.
