So about time I popped this on… designed and built by me. Obviously had an electrician & plumber in but the rest including the stud walls… all me 🙌

En-suite update…
I finished the terracotta floor, fitted panelling & painted it. Fitted the skirting, vanity unit & put the sink in, I refitted the toilet as I wasn’t happy it wasn’t square. I sprayed the ceiling high gloss black mirror paint which looks truly fabulous

En-suite floor, Ca Pietra Marlborough terracotta floor tiles… very rustic, each tile is unique as they are hand made & which makes them difficult to lay as they’re all different sizes… I’m pleased with the earthy tones & warmth it brings to the room..

So yesterday I sanded the en-suite ceiling again & primed it again with Zinsser Gardz… it’s much smoother than when I sprayed it the previous day

I primed the floor & glued down the anti fracture matting 😊 ready for me to lay ‘Ca Pietra’ Marlborough terracotta tiles… not looking forward to this bit

Sorry I’ve been really quiet on here recently… I’ve been working on our house since September & doing a few private jobs in between just to tick over with the finances.
