Position: Newly Qualified Property Solicitor
Location: Hayes, Middlesex
Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Conducting property searches and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
• Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
• Newly qualified solicitor with a focus on property law
• Strong academic background and legal qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for property law and a commitment to client service
