☀️ SUMMER PROPERTY TIP ☀️

The hot weather might be great for BBQs and beach trips, but it can also highlight a few issues around the home.

This is a good time to check:

✅ Doors and windows sticking due to expansion
✅ Cracked or dried-out sealant around kitchens and bathrooms
✅ Loose fence panels and gates
✅ Dripping outdoor taps
✅ Extractor fans that aren't working properly
✅ Pest entry points around pipes, vents and brickwork

Small jobs spotted early are usually much cheaper and easier to fix than bigger problems later on.
