I've viewed so many properties being sold by amateur property investors who thought that listing the property before the renovation is complete would land them more viewings and a quicker sale.

In reality, those properties stayed on the market much longer and received low quality viewings from buyers who weren't all that serious.

A professionally staged property will attract HIGHER quality viewings, sell faster and achieve its market value or MORE.

Anything worth doing is worth doing properly 👌🏾

When I staged my 2 bed flat last year, I received an offer at full market value in 28 days!

Considering this was a flat with cladding issues, and I didn't have the professional staging furniture and accessories I do now, it was a huge win!

I also convinced the agent to photograph the external area to showcase the flat's proximity to Asda and the stunning view of the River Thames.

I was in a long chain at the time and most vendors/agents turned away prospective buyers who had a property to sell but weren't in receipt of an offer.

Achieving STC status in under a month meant everything as it allowed us to get the ball rolling 💪🏾

One thing that holds new builds back is a lack of character. While the "50 shades of grey" spec is still going strong, injecting rich colours is a simple way to bring your property to life and give it a higher end feel 😉
