🔨 Gate Overhaul & Overcladding 🔨

Another gate transformation completed! 👌

This job involved re-supporting and adjusting the existing gates, making sure everything was properly aligned and operating smoothly. We then overclad the gates with feather edge timber to give them a fresh, modern look and added privacy.

To finish things off, we fitted new gate furniture and ironmongery, giving the whole entrance a smart and secure finish.

A great example of how an existing set of gates can be brought back to life rather than completely replaced. 💪

Before & after 🎨

Old peeling door given a full repaint. Sanded back, prepped properly and finished in a fresh blue, what a difference from the flaking mess it was before.

Painting, repairs, general maintenance, whatever it needs, we’ll sort it.

🚽 Toilet Siphon Replacement & Constant Running Repair 🔧

Another toilet repair completed! One toilet had a faulty siphon and wasn’t flushing properly, replaced with a turbo flush siphon and it’s working as it should 🔧✅

The other was constantly running, wasting water and causing an annoying noise. A quick adjustment of the float valve and that’s sorted too, no more wasted water 💧

If your toilet is:
🔧 Constantly running
💧 Leaking or wasting water
🚽 Not flushing properly
⚠️ In need of a new siphon or flush mechanism

Don’t leave it, a small fault can turn into a bigger (and more expensive) problem.

Another job sorted, another happy customer 👍

Slab re-bedded and pointed 🧱

Loose paving slab lifted, re-bedded properly and pointed up to finish. Small job, but a wobbly slab is a trip hazard waiting to happen, better sorted than left.

Paving, repairs, general groundworks, whatever it needs, we’ll sort it.

Toilet repair done right 🔧

Called out to a broken siphon on a close coupled toilet, no isolation valve fitted either, just mains shut off. Removed the toilet, fitted a new siphon, cut back the 15mm copper and installed a flexi pipe with its own isolation valve. Means the next repair (or a burst) won’t mean turning the whole house off at the mains.

Small job, but it’s the kind of thing that saves a headache down the line.

20m of ACO drain cleared and dug out 🔧

Channel drain running the full length of the property was blocked and buried under years of debris. Fully excavated, cleared and reset so it’s doing its job properly again.

Drainage, groundworks, general repairs, if it needs sorting, we’ll sort it.
