Last Saturday, our team came together for our annual Summer BBQ at Silver Wings Sailing Club, and what a fantastic afternoon it was! ☀️⛵️

Mortgage rates are back in the headlines today, with new figures suggesting around one million more homeowners could face higher repayments by the end of 2028 than previously expected as fixed-rate deals come to an end.

According to the Bank of England, homeowners coming off older fixed-rate deals this year could see their monthly repayments increase by an average of around £170, while others remortgaging over the next two years may see smaller increases depending on their current deal.

If you're planning to buy or sell a home, changes like these can affect affordability, mortgage offers and, in some cases, the progress of your move.
