🏠 Recent investigations reveal a worrying link between black mould in homes and thousands of hospital admissions among children in the UK.

📈 Last year alone, over 26,000 young children were treated for lung conditions potentially connected to exposure to damp and mouldy housing.

Black mould thrives in poorly ventilated, damp environments, releasing spores that can trigger coughing, wheezing, skin rashes, and exacerbate asthma in infants and young children.

🔍 Research shows that children living in damp homes are up to three times more likely to suffer breathing problems. The tragic case of two-year-old Awaab Ishak, who died after prolonged exposure to mould in his home, highlights the severe consequences of neglect.

With over half a million rented homes in England affected by mould, the issue is widespread. Families living in these conditions should document the problem, report it to landlords or local authorities, and seek medical advice if symptoms arise.

🎄🎉 Our office Christmas party this year was a perfect mix of adrenaline, laughter, and festive cheer! The perfect way to celebrate the year with our incredible team!

🏎 The fun kicked off with high-speed racing at K1 Speed, Canary Wharf, and the competition did not disappoint. With tight corners, bold overtakes, it was an exhilarating start, full of laughter, surprises, and a few twists on the track.

🍽 After the rush of the track, we traded helmets for cutlery and headed to Hawksmoor, Canary Wharf for dinner and drinks. With incredible food, a relaxed waterside atmosphere, and plenty of conversation, it was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy time together outside the fast lane.

🏆 The day wouldn’t have been complete without our annual awards presentation celebrating the team’s achievements, and a hilarious Secret Santa that brought big laughs, great guesses, and some brilliant surprises. A combination that made the evening truly one to remember!

🥳 Celebrations like this are a reminder of how special our team is, and how lucky we are to work together!
