1. – Attempting to sell weapons WILL NOT be tolerated and posts pertaining to such items will be subject to removal without prior notice and membership may be suspended or withdrawn. Posting charges will not be refunded.

3. – Posts directly or indirectly relating to the trading of animals will be removed and reported to relevant authorities. Posting charges will not be refunded.
4. – Attempting to sell counterfeit items WILL NOT be tolerated and posts pertaining to such items will be subject to removal without prior notice and membership may be suspended or withdrawn. If we suspect items to be of such a nature we will remove the post and suspended the membership of the offending member. Posting charges will not be refunded.
5. – If we suspect that an item listed on our site is stolen, the item WILL be removed, the offending member WILL be reported to the Police, the membership details WILL be retained for investigation and the offending membership WILL be terminated and refused in future. Posting charges will not be refunded.
6. – The listing of the same item multiple times in an attempt to increase the exposure of the item IS NOT allowed. Offending members will not receive a warning when such behaviour is detected. Behaviour in this manner will result in the immediate removal along with the offending membership being terminated.
7. – Any altercations between members including offensive messages will be internally investigated by our admin team. Disputes over items will also be resolved in this way. Further action may be taken by members by written letter within 7 working days of final administrator decision. Posting charges will not be refunded.
8. – Removed items will result in the offending member receiving no refunds on posting charges or any other subsequent charges incurred as a result (directly or indirectly) of conducting businesses with our company. On grounds of violation of our terms of use outlined above.
9. – All terms and conditions outlined above relate to our business practice.
