We have received some wonderful reviews on Google recently which we thought we would share πŸ€—

We have had lots more Partner 309, 820, 100 and 801 visa applications granted recently, some of which have been approved in less than six weeks! Congratulations to all those clients πŸ₯‚
Please remember to share your celebratory and arrival photos with us πŸ“ΈπŸ˜‰

We have also been processing lots of other visas including Resident Return visas (RRV), visitor visas subclasses 651 and 600 for all this wishing to experience the Australian Summer and the festive season with family plus Working Holiday subclass 417 visas for those under 35 who wish to travel in Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

Lots of companies have contracts in Australia and require their highly skilled employees to travel to Australia on a subclass 400 visa or 408 visa - we have been extremely busy with both of these visa classes this year

So many General Skilled Migration (GSM) applicants have been granted or invited to apply for their visas and we have been updating all EOI’s plus lots of skills assessments being processed πŸ₯³

Lots happening which is wonderful πŸ₯°

We also offer a case checking service where we review your application and provide you with the reassurance that you have selected the right visa, have completed the form correctly and have gathered all the correct documents before you submit the application to the DHA if you do not require the full service of a migration agent.

Or, if you just have a few questions, we offer a consultation service to help you ☺️

Australia’s financial year runs from 1st July until 30th June and normally the DHA increase Visa Application Charges on 1st July every year. We have not received any update regarding Visa Application fee increases for 1st July 2024 but it is likely to be announced at the end of June.

The visa application charge for Partner Migration increased as follows over the past 4 years.

2020 – Increased from $7160 to $7715
2021 – Increased from $7715 to $7850
2022 – Increased from $7850 to $8085
2023 – Increased from $8085 to $8850

We recommend anyone applying for an Australian visa to submit their application as soon as possible to avoid any Visa Application Charge increase on 1st July 2024.

Some very good news to wake up to this morning 😁

From 1st November 2021, there will no longer be a border caps or a requirement to quarantine in New South Wales for overseas arrivals who are fully vaccinated with a TGA-approved vaccine πŸŽ‰

Further information about testing requirements will be announced shortly.

Initially, only Australian citizens, residents and their families will be able to take advantage of quarantine-free travel to New South Wales.

Overseas arrivals who are not vaccinated will be caped at 210 people per week and will be required to undergo mandatory 14 days hotel quarantine.

Arrival caps in other states will still remain.

The Prime Minister has also announced that from 1 November 2021, fully vaccinated parents of Australian citizens and permanent residents will be exempt from Australia’s travel restrictions. This is amazing news for all of our parents who have been waiting to see their children and grandchildren for such a long time now.

As soon as further information is available, we will update provide an update to clients πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

Australia will reopen it’s international border for Australian citizens and permanent residents together with their immediate families from November πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

Travel will not immediately be open to foreigners but the government have advised that they are working towards welcoming tourists back as soon as possible.

Mandatory 14 day hotel quarantine will be phased out and replaced by 7 days of home quarantine for vaccinated travellers and 14 days for unvaccinated travellers.

We know we have a lot of clients who are waiting to visit friends and family in Australia and hopefully it will not be too long now πŸ™πŸ»
