Emek is a solicitor (England & Wales), attorney at law (Istanbul Bar), and accredited mediator. She brings strong legal expertise, academic insight, and practical mediation skills.

The meeting held at the Yunus Emre Institute in London took place with the participation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ambassador, Ms. Aysan Mullahasan Atılgan, the Acting Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye, Turan Oğuzhan Gönültaş, as well as many lawyers, businesspeople, mediators, academics, NGO representatives, and accountants. During the meeting, while current developments in the field of mediation within the law of England and Wales were discussed, the Zeytin ADR – Mediation Centre was also introduced to the Turkish community and foreign guests.

Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Londra’da düzenlenen toplantı, Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçisi Sayın Aysan Mullahasan Atılgan, T.C. Başkonsolos Vekili Turan Oğuzhan Gönültaş, birçok avukat, iş insanı, arabulucu, akademisyen, STK temsilcileri ve muhasebeci’nin katılımıyla yapıldı. Toplantıda, bir yandan İngiltere ve Galler hukukunda arabuluculuk alanındaki güncel gelişmeler ele alınırken, diğer yandan Zeytin ADR – Arabuluculuk Merkezi Türk toplumuna ve yabancı misafirlere tanıtıldı.

Visit from Our Panel Members to the TRNC London Representative Office

Zeytin ADR Mediators delegation visited Mrs. Aysan Mullahasan Atılgan, the Ambassador of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in London, and discussed opportunities for strengthening cooperation in the field of alternative dispute resolution. The meeting focused on increasing awareness of mediation practices among Turkish Cypriot community and supporting more efficient resolution of commercial conflicts.

Zeytin ADR arabulucuları heyeti, Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti Londra Büyükelçisi Aysan Mullahasan Atılgan’ı makamında ziyaret ederek alternatif uyuşmazlık çözüm yöntemleri alanında iş birliğinin güçlendirilmesine yönelik fırsatları ele aldı. Görüşmede Türk kökenli Kıbrıslı toplumun ticari uyuşmazlıklarında arabuluculuk uygulamalarının daha etkin şekilde kullanılması ve süreçlerin daha hızlı çözülmesine yönelik değerlendirmeler yapıldı.
