What's the benefits of having a Will? The whole point of a Will is to give you CHOICE.

You get to decide what happens to your money, your organs, your funeral wishes and your possessions - from your house right down to a beloved carriage clock your parents gifted you on your Wedding day.

If you have children under 18, then you can choose Guardians for them. If not, they will temporarily go into care whilst those around you petition the court to be considered their legal guardian. We can put plans in place now.

If you have a business, we can help you put things in place to allow your business to function, staff to get paid, whilst you are incapacitated (through injury or illness); have your named trustees ready your business for sale on death or pass it on to someone of your choosing.
