Your network is your networth 🤝....has never rung more true for me at the moment....the shortage on plaster has really threatened to stop my projects 🚫. I've rung, everyday for weeks, local suppliers and they point blank refuse to give me any supply because I'm not a tradesperson or have an account with them...
At the same time, I went out to my network 🗣....and I've had calls and messages offering me help, suggestions and tips, resulting in ENOUGH plaster to complete my current projects. 🏘
Networking doesn't come naturally to me but I keep turning up, I keep trying to help others and it comes back all the time to me. Very grateful 🙏🏠🧱👋

Deals are out there to be had 🏘...did 3 viewings on Mon, went to do my figures on Tues, 1 already sold, agent took me to one not on the market yet and the other really excited me to pull my finger out and do my numbers, pent up demand and all that...today got the call 📲, my offer was accepted 🙌...worst case scenario 21% ROI, when I've gone through planning and done what my vision is for this place, 141% ROI and 3 exits, I'm excited! 🏢😍🥳👊👌

Our 6 bed HMO is moving along again...shortage on plaster threatened to stop work...just by being proactive and getting 10 bags of plaster has allowed me to get that started tomorrow instead of next week...scaffold went up yesterday in preparation for the re-roof as well, now all we need is some better weather 👊🏡☀️
