Yesterday on BBC South East Today, David Hacker, Head of Dispute Resolution shared his expert insight into why evidence is key in claims for damage caused by potholes.

A recent BBC investigation has revealed a frustrating reality for drivers: more than 90% of claims for damage caused by potholes in Kent are rejected by Kent County Council. David spoke to the BBC advising how you can increase your chances of success when making a claim.

The introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act today has meant long hours for our litigation team – as reported in The Guardian.
