In order to enter into a Green Deal Scheme you will need an Energy Assessment of your home to produce an EPC (Enegry Performance Certiifcate) and a Green Deal Report. Once you have your certificate and report we can arrange the work for you or you are free to find your own Green Deal provider and installer. To qualify for a Green Deal plan the assessments and work done must be undertaken by a CERTIFIED GREEN DEAL COMPANY like Green Deal West Midlands Ltd.
