🔨 No Job Too Awkward! Another Busy Day for KDW Property Solutions! 🏡
Sometimes it’s the jobs that nobody else wants to take on that make the biggest difference!
A customer recently got in touch as she was having her bannister and stair strings replaced but needed the existing carpet cut back to allow access for the work to go ahead.
After contacting several carpet fitters who were unable to take on the work, she reached out to KDW Property Solutions to see if I could help.
✅ Staircase Preparation – Carefully measured, marked and cut back the carpet along both sides of the staircase and landing, exposing the areas required for the upcoming renovation while keeping the centre carpet in place.
And while I was there, we managed to tick a few more jobs off her list!
🖼️ Picture Hanging – A picture securely mounted on the wall.
🚰 Tap Replacement – An old bathroom tap replaced.
💧 Drainage Maintenance – Lifted the driveway drainage channel covers, cleared out the accumulated dirt and debris, and refitted the covers to help keep the water flowing freely.
Four different jobs, one visit, and another happy customer! 🙌
