Its been way too long since posting as jobs areive and complete.. my apologies - I'm back on it! Recent upgrade to a valued clients lovely new home. Spec was to increase the paving outside the rear door, introduce a new smaller paved area to catch the last of the evening sun (this was tricky due to the slope of the garden from two aspects), install additional paving along the drive and finally install the new washing line socket and plant a couple of lovely established plant specimens..

At last.. fresh turf laid at my most recent garden space in Barrow upon Soar. Prior to starting the garden was hugely overgrown with multiple trees and huge shrubs. The initial clearance was handled by Ritchie Tree & Garden Services (check Dan out for all tree surgery and pruning work). Once cleared we've constructed a retaining wall (including wide step and planter) installed fencing, installed and paved seating area with covering pergola, membraned and gravelled the lower terrace, imported 18 tonnes of soil to build up the lawn and fill the 7.2mtr planter. Finished today with fresh turf.. the end result looks very smart.. onto the next one!!

Woodhouse Eaves fireplace installation prior to stove fitting by a specialist. Lined with fireproof board and tiled using ''Brazilian' slate. Finished with solid oak surround. Just needs grouting..

More space required for seating + removal of dated rockery feature. We created a really good area with plenty of room for seating , BBQ, fire pit etc..
