My husband and I live in Pinar de Campoverde and love it here. I have lived internationally for 25+ years in the United States and Canada, bought and sold real estate in Canada as an individual investor for over 10 years. I did property research since 2016 in Portugal, in Panama, Aruba, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Slovenia and Italy. I am originally from Italy and speak Italian, English, some

Spanish and very little French. What you will get by working with me? Honesty, hard work and determination. I have been in your shoes, as a buyer and as a seller, MANY times. Question for an Italian retired couple planning to move to Spain in May 2026

They are looking for a place to RENT LONG TERM. It doesn't have to be big, but it must be nice, clean, and well maintained.
Minimum 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a nice terrace.
They love peace and quiet and would really like a place that already has a socket installed for charging an electric car.

Does anyone have anything that comes close to their requirements?
Their budget is quite low, 500 euros, but they are willing to spend more for the right place!

Location: anywhere on the Southern Costa Blanca or Costa Calida!
They are particularly interested in: Puerto de Mazarrón, Cabo de Palos, or other quiet villages (as much as possible).
