🏛️ أولاً: أنواع الشركات اللي ممكن تتأسس في مصر
1️⃣ شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة (LLC)
ودي أكتر نوع منتشر. ينفع يكون فيها شريك أجنبي أو أكتر، ومفيش حد أدنى كبير لرأس المال.
2️⃣ شركة مساهمة مصرية (JSC)
ودي بتناسب المشروعات الكبيرة، ورأس المال فيها بيكون أكبر، وليها مجلس إدارة.
3️⃣ فرع لشركة أجنبية
يعني الشركة الأم بره مصر وبتفتح فرع هنا لإدارة نشاطها في السوق المصري.
🌍 طيب لو في شريك أجنبي؟
• ينفع عادي، بشرط يكون عنده جواز سفر ساري وإثبات محل إقامة (ولو خارج مصر لازم ترجمة معتمدة).
• لو كل المؤسسين أجانب، بيكون التأسيس تحت إشراف الهيئة العامة للاستثمار (GAFI).
💰 الرسوم تقريبًا:
• رسوم تأسيس بتبدأ من 2000 جنيه مصري حسب نوع الشركة ورأس المال.
• لو فيه ترجمة أو توثيق أوراق من السفارة بتزيد التكلفة شوية.
🖋️ عمل توكيل لمحامي يقوم بالإجراءات:
علشان محامي ينوب عنك في التأسيس، لازم تعمل له توكيل رسمي في القنصلية المصرية أو في الشهر العقاري بمصر،
وفيه بند واضح فيه “تأسيس الشركات والتوقيع على عقودها أمام الجهات الرسمية”.
