إطلاق شبكة "قادمات" للقياديات العربيات
شهدت الساحة العربية اليوم حدثًا بارزًا مع الإطلاق الرسمي لشبكة "قادمات" للقياديات العربيات، عبر حفل افتراضي أُقيم على منصة "زووم"، بمشاركة 56 قيادية نسائية بارزة من مختلف أنحاء الوطن العربي، إلى جانب نخبة من العلماء والخبراء الدوليين وممثلين عن منظمات المجتمع المدني ووزيرات وبرلمانيات وعضوات مجالس محلية ومحاميات وإعلاميات و أكاديميات.
حظيت فكرة تأسيس الشبكة بإشادة واسعة من المشاركات، حيث عوّل الجميع على الدور المتوقع لها في المرحلة القادمة بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، خاصة في مجالات التدريب والتمكين القيادي للمرأة العربية على كافة المستويات.

"المقدمة:
انطلاقًا من الإيمان العميق بقدرات المرأة العربية وأهمية دورها في الحياة السياسية والقيادية، تم الإعلان عن تأسيس شبكة "قادمات"، والتي تهدف إلى تعزيز مشاركة النساء في مواقع صنع القرار ودعم جهود التغيير الإيجابي في المجتمعات العربية.
رؤية الشبكة:
تسعى "قادمات" إلى بناء شبكة قوية تضم القيادات النسائية العربية، وتوفر منصة للدعم والتعاون وتبادل الخبرات، مما يسهم في تحقيق العدالة والمساواة وتمكين المرأة في المجالين السياسي والمجتمعي.
أهداف الشبكة:
تعزيز المشاركة السياسية للمرأة العربية من خلال العمل على زيادة تمثيل النساء في جميع مستويات صنع القرار وضمان حصولهن على فرص متكافئة في الحياة السياسية.
تمكين المرأة وبناء القدرات عبر تطوير المهارات القيادية للنساء العربيات وتوفير فرص تبادل الخبرات والشراكات العربية لضمان مشاركة فاعلة ومؤثرة.
تسليط الضوء على إنجازات القيادات النسائية وإبراز دور المرأة في المجال السياسي والمجتمعي، لتكون نموذجًا ملهمًا للأجيال القادمة.
إزالة الحواجز أمام المشاركة السياسية من خلال السعي لإصلاحات تشريعية وإجراءات تدعم مشاركة المرأة، وحمايتها من العوائق القانونية والثقافية والمجتمعية، ومكافحة العنف ضد النساء في المجال العام.
العضوية التأسيسية:
تضم العضوية التأسيسية للشبكة برلمانيات، وعضوات مجالس محلية، وممثلات عن منظمات المجتمع المدني، وناشطات، وأكاديميات، وخبيرات مستقلات، يعملن معًا لبناء بيئة سياسية أكثر شمولية تدعم النساء للوصول إلى مواقع القيادة والتأثير.
من المتوقع أن تمثل "قادمات" محطة هامة في المشهد السياسي العربي مع إطلاقها، تضع "قادمات" حجر الأساس لمستقبل تكون فيه المرأة العربية في مواقع القيادة بما يتناسب مع كفاءاتها وقدراتها، سعيًا نحو تحقيق مجتمع أكثر عدالة وإنصافًا.

Launch of the "Qadimat" Network for Arab Women Leaders
Today, the Arab world witnessed a landmark event with the official launch of the "Qadimat" Network for Arab Women Leaders through a virtual ceremony held on Zoom. The event brought together 56 distinguished women leaders from across the Arab region, alongside a prominent group of scholars, international experts, civil society representatives, ministers, parliamentarians, local council members, lawyers, media professionals, and academics.
The initiative to establish the network received widespread recognition and praise from participants, who emphasized its expected pivotal role in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in the coming phase—particularly in the areas of leadership training and the empowerment of Arab women at all levels.

Founding Statement of the "Qadimat" Network
Introduction:
Rooted in a strong belief in the capabilities of Arab women and the crucial role they play in political and leadership spheres, the "Qadimat" Network has been launched to enhance women’s participation in decision-making positions and support positive change across Arab societies.
Vision:
"Qadimat" aspires to build a powerful network of Arab women leaders, providing a platform for support, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. The network is committed to advancing justice, equality, and the empowerment of women in both political and societal arenas.
Objectives:
✅ Enhancing women's political participation by working to increase female representation at all decision-making levels and ensuring equal opportunities in political life.
✅ Empowering women and capacity-building through leadership development programs, experience-sharing initiatives, and regional partnerships to ensure impactful and effective participation.
✅ Highlighting the achievements of women leaders and amplifying their role in political and social domains, serving as inspirational role models for future generations.
✅ Breaking barriers to political participation by advocating for legislative reforms, implementing policies that facilitate women's engagement, and protecting women from legal, cultural, and societal obstacles, including efforts to combat violence against women in the public sphere.
Founding Membership:
The founding members of Qadimat include parliamentarians, local council members, civil society representatives, activists, academics, and independent experts—all working collectively to create a more inclusive political landscape that supports women in reaching leadership and decision-making positions.
As a milestone initiative in the Arab political landscape, Qadimat sets the foundation for a future where Arab women assume leadership roles, in alignment with their skills and potential, striving for a more just and equitable society.
