تنص المادة 25 من القانون رقم 175 لسنة 2018، والخاص بـ"مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات" أنّه: "يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر، وبغرامة لا تقل عن 50 ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز 100 ألف جنيه، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من اعتدى على أي من المبادئ أو القيم الأسرية في المجتمع المصري، أو انتهك حرمة الحياة الخاصة.

من له الحق في استئناف الجنايات من محكمة أول درجة؟
نصت المادة 419 مكرراً من القانون رقم 1 لسنة 2024 بتعديل بعض احكام قانون الإجراءات الجنائية علي ان : لكل من النيابة العامة والمتهم أن يستأنف الأحكام الحضورية الصادرة من محكمة جنايات أول درجة.
هل يجوز استئناف الأحكام الصادرة في الدعوى المدنية؟
نعم، حيث نصت المادة 419 مكرراً 1 من القانون رقم 1 لسنة 2024 بتعديل بعض احكام قانون الإجراءات الجنائية علي ان : يجوز استئناف الأحكام الصادرة في الدعوى المدنية من محكمة جنايات أول درجة من المدعى بالحقوق المدنية أو المسئول عنها أو المتهم فيما يختص بالحقوق المدنية وحدها، إذا كانت التعويضات المطلوبة تزيد على النصاب الذى تحكم فيه المحكمة الابتدائية نهائياً”.
هل يجوز للنيابة العامة أن تستأنف الأحكام الغيابية؟
وفقا للمادة 419 مكرراً 2 من القانون رقم 1 لسنة 2024 بتعديل بعض احكام قانون الإجراءات الجنائية علي ان : يجوز للنيابة العامة أن تستأنف الأحكام الغيابية الصادرة في مواد الجنايات
