في إنجاز قضائي جديد لمكتب أنور ومشاركوه
صدر حكم من محكمة القضاء الإداري بإلزام نقابة المهندسين بأحقية صرف المعاش ، وذلك بعد نزاع امتد منذ عام 2014 وحتى تاريخ صدور الحكم.

وقد تناولت المحكمة في حيثياتها دفع النقابة بسقوط الحق بالتقادم، إلا أنها انتهت – استنادًا إلى ما ثبت بالأوراق من إجراءات قاطعة للتقادم – إلى رفض هذا الدفع، وتأكيد استمرار أحقية الموكل في صرف المعاش.

يمثل هذا الحكم ترسيخًا لمبدأ حماية الحقوق النقابية والاجتماعية متى تمسك أصحابها بحقوقهم وفق الإجراءات القانونية الصحيحة،
ويعكس الدور الفاعل الذي يقوم به القضاء الإداري في صون الحقوق وتحقيق العدالة.

يتوجه مكتب أنور ومشاركوه بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى الزملاء من فريق عمل المكتب على ما بذلوه من جهد ومتابعة دقيقة لملف الدعوى منذ بدايتها وحتى صدور الحكم.

On July 23, 2024, the Board of the Financial Regulatory Authority (the "FRA") issued a new decision No.140 of 2024 which amended the FRA's Board Decision No. 53 of 2018, by adding a new definition to its second article which is "Special Purpose Acquisition Company" or "S**C". This definition clarifies that the primary purpose of these companies is to acquire other businesses, in contrast to traditional companies which are incorporated to engage in a specific business activity or to offer a particular product to the market. Additionally, these companies shall obtain their funding for acquisitions by issuing their capital increase on private subscriptions
Furthermore, the FRA Board Decision has established regulations governing the timeline for listing S**C shares on the stock exchange. The decision also outlines the potential penalties a S**C may face in the event of delisting its listed shares from the stock exchange.
