Our firm was established in 1994 as a local law firm with regional and international sources and experiences. In addition to the deep experience with Egypt laws and judiciary system in Egypt, our firm has a wide knowledge and experience with the laws and judiciary systems in both the Arab and Anglo –American countries. Together and through correspondents, we can monitor any litigation, petition, request, arbitration or legal consultation before any court and tribunal. This is conducted not only through the understanding of the local law principles and judiciary system, but through full knowledge of the same in the respective legal system.

LEGAL TRAINING
Most of the professions in the Arabic world-including legal- suffer a problem of disharmony with the west systems, especially the Anglo-American systems. It is to be noted that the curriculums of the faculties of law in the Arabic world are full of jurists’ opinions which, to some extent, are far from the practical aspects of legal . Therefore, we took the mission of enhancing the academicals and practical skills of legal practitioners in all fields.
The lawyer must have a solid grounds of laws, and he has to avoid, as much as possible, surprises. This is achievable through the adequate and deep understanding of laws and judiciary. He has to recognize the practical way and method of handling several law works, so that he will be ready for future, and will avoid training on the account of jeopardize clients’ interests. Also, the lawyer has to know what is going on in the law field, and to have the same joint base with lawyers from around the world.
On the other hand, the judge has to recognize the fundamental principles and systems of various legal cultures because The judge is usually dealing with other systems in numerous occasions, at least when a foreign judgment or decree is sought to be recognized or executed.
It is to be mentioned, the world becomes smaller and nearer ever than before, and that the ignorance of the basic principles of different law and judiciary systems can lead to a non-recognized decisions on the international scale.
For all of the above, we took the mission of legal training on a scientific and methodical basics depending on analyzing the actual practical needs.
LEGAL AWARENESS
A society that have a basic law awareness has the capability of self developing. Law reflects the life of the society and must fit with its needs. Also knowing the law axioms help in avoiding simple problems, and in utilizing time in production in favor of individuals and whole society.Law awareness is not a luxury but it becomes necessity, as proven by the more developed countries, that we are trying to offer through our firm.
The FOUNDER
With a 21 years of local and international experience, Dr. Mohamed Ali has started his career in the intellectual & industrial property, trademarks, real estate and remedies actions. He later has represented the Arab Writers Union in claiming and collecting the union’s dues towards all writers and publishers in Egypt regarding their published literary and artistic works. He shared in numerous of law researches, some of which were published in the Egyptian Review for International Law.
He participated in the Saudi project for modernization of laws and regulations by studies and lectures on commercial notes, civil procedures, social insurances. He has been appointed in the Egyptian House of Representative, through which he shared the studies and drafting of numerous of enactments, laws and treaties.
He later specialized in international litigation and arbitration. He has participated and monitored numerous of international litigations in different subjects in USA, England, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Syria and Egypt.
He has participated some Commercial International Arbitration proceedings before the ICC, London Court of International Arbitration, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and another contemplated arbitration before Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration.
the founder had conducted numerous of legal training courses in KSA and Qatar. He has participated as a researcher and lecturer in the KSA modernization of laws project in regard to some law subject e.g., commercial notes, civil procedures, enforcement of foreign judgments and civil law. He has conducted some training courses in arbitration to a scale of legal practitioners in Qatar and a legal drafting course to the employees of the Qatari Public Audit Bureau.
