اقمنا دعوى دولية قضائية بممثلية المحامي الدولي ياسر علي الجنابي في (المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار) في (هامبورك_المانيا) تتعلق (بخور عبد الله) وهي أعلى سلطة قضائية بحرية في العالم مختصة بترسيم الحدود والثروات البحرية، طالب المحامي فيها باصدار قرارها بالاعتراف بالسيادة الكاملة على خور (عبد الله ) وتعويضات مالية لصالح العراق عن تجاوزات دولة الكويت بخصوص الثروات البحرية والاقتصادية والنفطية في المنطقة, وسنتابع القضية لحين حسمها لصالح العراق .

We filed an international lawsuit, represented by international lawyer Yasser Ali Al-Janabi, at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg, Germany, regarding Khor Abdullah, which is the highest maritime judicial authority in the world and is responsible for demarcating maritime borders and marine resources .

The lawyer requested that the court issue a decision recognizing full sovereignty over Khor Abdullah and financial compensation for Iraq for Kuwait's violations of the region's marine, economic, and oil resources , We will follow up on the case until it is resolved in Iraq's favor .
