Αυτό το βίντεο της Χριστιάνας, είναι στην ελληνική γλώσσα και είναι περίπου 4 ετών. Από τότε, η αγορά του Real World Asset και Real Estate Tokenisation έχει εξελιχθεί σημαντικά και έχει ωριμάσει, φέρνοντας ευκαιρίες σε επενδυτές και οργανισμούς.

Στο συγκεκριμένο βίντεο μοιραζόμαστε αποσπάσματα από το πρώτο συνέδριο blockchain που πραγματοποιήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη στις 21 Ιουνίου 2022, όπου η Χριστιάνα μίλησε για τις βασικές έννοιες Asset Tokenisation και Real Estate Tokenisation, και εξήγησε στους συμμετέχοντες πως να σκέφτονται και να πράττουν γύρω από αυτό και ανέλυσε τις σχετικές προκλήσεις και πως αυτές αντιμετωπίζονται ως επίσης, τις καινοτόμες προσφερόμενες λύσεις και τις πολύ ενδιαφέρουσες προοπτικές για τους σχετικούς κλάδους, επενδυτές και ενδιαφερόμενους .
Πιστεύουμε ότι αυτό το περιεχόμενο μπορεί να βοηθήσει θετικά όσους ενδιαφέρονται να κατανοήσουν τι είναι το asset και real estate tokenisation, δηλαδή η ψηφιοποίηση περιουσιακών στοιχείων και ακίνητης περιουσίας, πώς λειτουργεί στην πράξη και ποιές ευκαιρίες προσφέρει σήμερα η αγορά.

Αυτό το βίντεο αποτελεί πραγματικά ένα ιστορικό σημείο εκκίνησης για την κοινότητα του blockchain στην Ελλάδα διότι είναι το πρώτο συνέδριο της Θεσσαλονίκης για το blockchain και διεξήχθη στις 21 Ιουνίου 2022.

Από τότε, το πεδίο του Real World Asset tokenisation έχει ωριμάσει, με ευρύτερη υιοθέτηση τεχνολογιών tokenisation σε ακίνητα και άλλα περιουσιακά στοιχεία. Με την πείρα και τα παραδείγματα που παρουσιάζονται από τη Χριστιάνα σε αυτό το βίντεο, μπορείτε να αποκτήσετε μια βασική κατανόηση των βασικών εννοιών του blockchain και asset tokenisation και του πώς αυτό αλλάζει τους παραδοσιακούς τρόπους με τους οποίους μάθαμε να επενδύουμε μέχρι σήμερα.

Cyber Incidents as Legal Events
A cyberattack onboard a vessel is not merely an IT event; it is simultaneously:
- a maritime safety incident,
- a data breach,
- a contractual non-performance, and possibly
- a regulatory violation.

This multi-dimensional nature means that incident response must be legally choreographed.

Every response plan should include:
- clear notification pathways to flag states, regulators, and insurers,
- procedures for evidence preservation and chain-of-custody,
- contractual triggers for vendor cooperation and remediation, and
- predefined communications for charterers, port authorities, and customers.

In other words, cyber crisis management is now crisis law in motion.

II. Navigation – Autonomy, Accountability, and Algorithmic Law

Navigation is the soul of seafaring, and today, it’s becoming intelligent.

Smart routing systems, AI-assisted collision avoidance, and predictive analytics are reshaping decision-making at sea.

Yet this evolution raises an urgent question:
When machines make maritime decisions, who carries maritime liability?

From Manual to Algorithmic Accountability
• Under traditional maritime law, liability stems from human negligence or equipment failure. But when an AI system makes a navigation decision, based on inputs from sensors and algorithms, accountability becomes diffuse.

o Is it the shipowner who deployed the system?
o The manufacturer who trained the algorithm?
o The data provider whose inputs may have been corrupted?

Existing conventions (like COLREGs, SOLAS, and the ISM Code) were drafted in a pre-AI era. They presuppose human command and manual control.

Yet vessels are moving toward decision support and semi-autonomous navigation, blurring the line between operator and observer.

Law must now evolve to accommodate “shared accountability” among human and digital actors.

It carries not only cargo but also data, connectivity, and liability. As we integrate AI, automation, CCTV intelligence, and smart systems, the question is no longer whether cyber incidents will happen.

But how prepared we are legally, operationally, and contractually to withstand them?
