KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1) Minimum 1-2 years supporting the planning and delivering of facility moves, adds or
change (MAC) projects, or project administration/coordination work experience.
2) College Diploma or equivalent training
3) Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
4)Real Suite experience is ideal
5) Ability to learn and use new technology (tools and applications)
6) Ability to work independently to deliver non-technical projects according to
requirements, on-time and within budget
7) Working knowledge of various furniture systems, interiors, materials, and finishes
as well as knowledge of project management, move management, construction
and scheduling
8) Self-starter with strong organizational skills as well as ability to manage multiple
assignments simultaneously
9) Ability to prepare accurate costs estimates and project activity timing
10)Strong customer service / management skills
11)Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict management skills
12) Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to influence others to ensure timely and quality
completion of projects
13)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing skills and
client communication
14) Ability to work overtime, nights and weekends, as required
15) Ability to travel both locally and nationally
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Engages and communicates with clients with a focus
on professionalism, urgency and transparency
2) Delivers on non-technical projects (i.e. furniture installation,
furniture reconfiguration, office space construction, office
painting and re-carpeting, etc.)
3) Liaise with senior team members to understand project
requirements, and provides support as required
4) Researches and liaises with vendors to obtain quotes
5) Prepares documentation for purchase orders to be
issued as required
5) Monitors work progress of vendors to ensure project
completion, and verifies all work orders and purchase orders are closed
6) Supports preparation of move packages and furniture tagging
7)Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
10)Ensures assigned projects are delivered on-time, within
scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all
regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements.
