✨ Not Every Strong Personality Is a Leader...
Some are just loud. Some are controlling.
And some—well, they thrive by making others feel small, invisible, or replaceable.
If you've ever worked with someone who constantly takes credit for your work, dismisses your voice, manipulates others, or makes you question your worth, you’re not imagining it. That’s not leadership. That’s narcissism in action.
Here’s the truth:
You can be kind and assertive.
You can be respectful and still say no.
You can walk away and still hold your head high.
💥 You don’t have to shrink yourself to survive toxic leadership.
🌱 Protect your peace. Set your boundaries. And remember—**your voice matters**, even when others try to silence it.
This week, I found the courage to write a short LinkedIn article about this experience—how it affects our mental health, our growth, and our self-worth. If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to read it. Maybe it will help you feel seen. Perhaps it will remind you of your own power.

We rise by standing in truth.
We lead by example.
And we heal by refusing to stay silent. 💪🔥
