Successful court outcome 🎉

We’re proud to share a recent court success in which our client faced serious Criminal Code allegations under s. 264.1(1)(a) (Uttering Threats) and two counts under s. 465(1)(c) (Conspiracy).

Through careful analysis of the evidence and strategic advocacy, we secured the withdrawal of all charges, leaving our client with no criminal record.

Successful court outcome 🎉

An Application was brought in the Hamilton Criminal Court, pursuant to the Criminal Rules of the Ontario Court of Justice, to rescind a bench warrant.

After oral submissions, the Court granted the order and vacated the warrant.

Leave to issue a Writ of Possession pursuant to Rule 60.10 of the Rules of Civil Procedure has been granted in favour of the Plaintiff at the Superior Court of Justice, Owen Sound.
