Good morning!

I am kicking off the wedding season with the first wedding of 2026!

We had a 9:30 am Ceremony on a Sunday morning and I APPROVE!

Often I am offered champagne or a shot of something potent when I do the usual late afternoon/evening ceremony.

Having a cup of coffee as I admired the flowers and Queen street was not on officiating bingo card!

Moments before the ceremony the grooms sister and I connected and within minutes discovered the oddest similarities - from astrological signs that get along to career aspirations of the past and future.

Today’s couple requested their privacy - however feel free to still send out your congratulations and well wishes for my Sunday morning love birds.

Dana and Julien said “I do” on December 24th, 2025.

Don’t ask me why, but this year I wanted to officiate a marriage ON my birthday.

We did a marriage signing in their home along with their family. The evening sunset was coming in through their wall to wall window and their fur baby Hugo and I almost ran away together (he was so freaking sweet and met me pet him non-stop)

Thank you for making my 45th birthday wish come true!

Jesse and Cassandra said “I do” on December 23rd, 2025.

We had the GIGGLIEST ceremony!

Jesse and Cassandra chose a short and sweet ceremony with their immediate family and friends.

For some extra depth and warmth we did a ring warming ceremony (this has become a new favourite element of mine)

What’s a ring warming ceremony?

Before your marriage rings are worn by the couple, they pass through the haves of those who love them deeply. The rings are held by each family/friend and wishes, prayers, blessings are infused into the metal, adorning the rings with the well wishes of your loved ones.

This ceremony practice always warms my heart. ♥️
