Born Doulas Born Doulas are Toronto based birth and postpartum doulas.

We are a Toronto based doula partnership that is dedicated to supporting, empowering, and guiding women and their families throughout their pregnancies, birth and postpartum transitions. We are strong advocates that knowledge is power and that people have the capacity to create positive experiences, especially when surrounded by the right supports. In our roles as doulas, we have the honour of sup

porting positive birth experiences by pairing a deep knowledge base with hands on physical, mental and emotional support. This personalized care allows new parents to make informed choices, so they can welcome their children into the world and ease into their new roles in a healthy and positive way. We are honoured to provide a full circle of support as you grow, birth and nurture your little one(s).

The look of love ✨. The best place for baby immediately after birth is to be skin to skin on their mothers chest. This is one of the best feelings in the world but it’s often hard to really see your baby’s sweet face. Once baby has connected and transitioned their mama finally can get a really good look at who’s been growing in there all along. This blissful mamas face says it all.
