The Notice - You Be the Judge

Maya found the notice under her door on Monday morning.
Notice of Entry
Reason: General inspection
Date: Tuesday, January 14
No time. Just Tuesday
At 7:47 a.m., she heard a key scratch in the hallway.
By noon, she had missed two meetings.
By 7:52 p.m., her landlord finally knocked.

When Maya asked why he never gave a time, he said:
“I said Tuesday. That’s all I’m required to give you.”

Was the landlord right?
Under Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act, what must a valid notice of entry include?
A The date only — no time window is required.
B The date, reason for entry, and time of entry between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
C Only verbal notice is needed if given 24 hours before.
D A time window is required only if the tenant asks.
