What if you want tea, but you ALSO want a cocktail?! This could probably be perfect!

🫖 6oz Earl Grey (steep for 3 mins)
🥃 1/2oz Peach Schnapps
🥃 1 oz gin
🍬 1 1/4 oz simple syrup
🍋 Lemon wedges (integral)
🫙 Mason jar (yes, the recipe calls for it!)

Shake and enjoy! Would you try this?!

Our foundation in life begins at home, often with our mothers. Not everyone is given a foundation that feels safe, steady, or secure, and I never take for granted the privilege of having a mother who has been exactly that for me. Strong, independent, dedicated, and quietly constant through every stage of life.

Every mother loves differently. Mine has always been the kind to give without asking for recognition, making sure everyone around her is cared for, whether they realize it or not. In recent years, nowhere has that love shown more than in the care she gives my dad each and every day. Even as he’s lost the ability to fully understand all she does for him, she continues to make sure he can still laugh, love, and feel at home in the world.

But we see you.

You are home for him.
Just as you have always been for all of us. ❤️
