🛑 Be Careful Who Contacts You: How to Verify Credentials 🛑
At VL Paralegal Services, we often work remotely. Retainers and documents are signed electronically using secure e-signatures, while we spend most of our time in court or at the office preparing applications and handling procedures. In today’s digital age, it’s understandable that you may feel hesitant to send money or trust someone you’ve never met in person.
Here’s how you can verify our credentials to ensure your peace of mind. The Law Society of Ontario (LSO) has systems in place to help you trust legal professionals and our justice system. You can verify the credentials of any lawyer or paralegal by visiting the official LSO website and checking the directory.
Check my credentials here:

Simply search my name, Valeriia Lomakina, and you will be able to access my registered information.
Of course, anyone can tell you to check their name on the Law Society website—but that’s not enough. When you search my name, you will not only see the registered firm name, but also the phone number and email address associated with my firm. Please make sure that anyone contacting you is doing so from our registered phone number and email:
