The late 80's were an extremely challenging time to be a REALTOR® and even more challenging to begin a career in real estate. Don started when the province was in a recession, mortgage interest rates were in the 14 – 20% range, loan qualifications were rigid, and down payment requirements were high. Success meant thinking outside the box and exploring non-traditional, real estate solut

ions. Before long Don and Debbie became a team. Their attitude and willingness to assist has helped them create relationships within the real estate community that lead to cooperation and smooth transactions with cooperating Brokers.
